Lisa Ripperton – Clinical Social Work/Therapist LCSW, LCAS
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Clinical addiction specialist with 15 years of experience as a therapist. I look forward to the opportunity to facilitate your journey into a more fulfilling life. You can change, and I would be honored to be the catalyst of that change.
I use a combination of modalities, but primarily DBT and EMDR. DBT teaches the skills you need to manage and embrace your emotions. EMDR is a tool for moving through the hurts of the past and stepping into your life in the present. Together, these tools will assist you in developing a life worth living and leaving the past behind.
Julia Rodriguez-Chapman – MA, LCMHCA
Julia has her master’s in clinical mental health counseling from Lenoir Rhyne. She has been seeing clients as an LCMHCA since 2024 and has been working with individuals as a holistic health coach since 2011. "I take a collaborative approach to counseling, creating a safe space for self-exploration and discovery. My approach is trauma-informed built from a foundation of mindfulness practices. I do not claim to have all the answers, but I do have the experience to offer insight and to support you on your path to healing.”
Julia enjoys working with youths/teenagers and will be offering a support group for parents of children who have ADD/ADHD diagnoses.
Tristan Killian – LCSW, LCAS, CCS
Tristan Killian is from Caldwell County, NC.
"I am a simple country boy. I enjoy hiking, fishing, hunting, making stuff, fixing stuff, eating, being a dad, and working out. I believe in God, common sense, honor, manners, respect, and community. I believe that therapy requires appropriate evidence-based intervention by a trained professional, not just talking."
